About Colin Lightbourn
Hello! My name is Colin and I am the Engel & Völkers license partner for The Bahamas. I have been a licensed Bahamas real estate agent since 1996.
It was my love of the islands themselves that initially lured me into real estate. Armed with a pilot license and a PADI instructor rating, my real estate career began exploring some of the more remote islands in The Bahamas and flying company clients around the islands to view real estate. Along the way, there were regular diving or fishing adventures.
In 2006, I started the company Bahamas Waterfront Properties and then the opportunity presented itself in 2017 to bring Engel & Völkers to The Bahamas and along with it a network of professional advisors around the world and first class international marketing, distribution and resources.
My daily focus is dedicated toward building our marketing infrastructure, growing our team in order to service all the top Bahamas markets and ensuring our clients are getting access to all of the resources our brand offers in order to provide our listings with maximum exposure to the most qualified buyers.
